    Join us for another colourful plant based cooking class with Ayurvedic and plant-based chef Arabella Parkinson. Arabella’s brand, Eat to Thrive aims to reconnect people with the environment, their bodies and their relationship to food. Recently returning from her travels in India, Arabella invites you to come and play with your food as you expand your awareness around environmentally friendly eating. She will share her South Indian inspired recipes as well as how to be mindful around eating, consumerism and your mind-body connection.

    Arabella is a chef, yoga instructor and believer in holistic health through the food you eat.
