Sababa is part of a worldwide movement towards regenerative agriculture. We draw on various different approaches to deliver the highest quality, ecologically friendly, ethically grown food.
Specialising in a variety of crops, we aim to increase biodiversity, improve the health of our soils, and experiment with new techniques in improving efficiency and sustainability for both commercial and subsistence agriculture.
We believe in the diversification principle of permaculture philosophy, and that including as many different species as possible not only helps regenerate depleted natural resources, and restore harmonious ecosystems, but also makes life more interesting!
We grow a variety of vegetables and fruit – tomatoes, sweet lunchbox peppers, Israeli cucumbers, green beans, butternut, garlic, elephant garlic, chillies, almonds, watermelons and peaches.
