Our selectively sourced wild and biodynamic vegetables, cape herbs and fruits from heirloom origins are grown & hand harvested in the pristine fertile soils of the Cape. Our ingredients are dried and slow cured to from flavourful and nutrient rich master blends available in cape wild food, speciality salts edible blossoms, wild and biodynamic plant powders, seaweeds and stocks.

Inspired by the land’s natural & historical abundance of life, Masterstock has pioneered the regeneration of traditional agricultural techniques. This natural and historical food growing technique, known as heritage farming, entails the integration of traditional heirloom foods into a wild environment.

We aim to support our natural and cultural heritage by encouraging food growing in nature that then results in the production of high quality, great tasting, nutritious foods and seeds.
