Her Harvest Restaurant

On Rosenhof Farm, we are passionate about reversing the industrialisation of our food and the pollution of the land that nurtures it. We grow apples and pears (which are in conversion to an organic programme), raspberries, free-range chickens, and organic fruit and vegetables .

I was born and raised on our Farm in Elgin where I live today. This is where my love for and respect of nature and the land started, and where my passion for living in alignment with the earth began.  I studied a BSc in Conservation Ecology and continued to do my masters in Sustainability. Being passionate about wellness and given that I love vegetables it was only natural that growing organic vegetables became a central element of what I do today.

At our restaurant you can sit on the grass under the shade of the plain trees or in our newly renovated farm shed and enjoy beautifully prepared plant-based food made with love and care. Ingredients from our organic vegetable garden create the foundation for all our dishes. Come and taste how fresh and alive plant-based food can be! Each ingredient is prepared to maximise the benefits for your body – SOAKING, ACTIVATING, FERMENTING, freshly MILLING our grains to make sure every aspect of our dish nourishes you. Take a break from the busyness of life and come and reconnect and nourish your body, mind and soul. There’s nothing like green trees, birdsong and quiet to feel at peace and recentred.
