We’re a little obsessed with food, with ethical produce, sustainable eating, real nutrition, local and seasonal ingredients, and all things delicious. In fact, we have made it our mission to spread the word on the fundamentals of whole food cooking and eating, urban growing and greener living – making it possible for anyone to implement, enjoy and reap the benefits of our honest-to-goodness approach to food.
I believe gourmet goodness stretches from soil to plate and it’s this passion that informs my wellness coaching, motivates my cooking classes and informs my choices about what I eat and grow! Foodology’s intimate and interactive classes – held at Fig Tree House in Kenilworth, Cape Town – include:
  • Whole Food Workshops – all the basics in two parts
  • Advanced Foodie Master Classes
  • Nutrition for Children
  • Seasonal Eating

All classes use local, seasonal ingredients and organic wherever possible. Often from our kitchen garden. Classes can also be tailored to accommodate dietary and allergy needs. I’m also on hand to advise or help you when you need it.

We also produce an activated nut granola. It’s handmade with love using only the best ingredients (organic and local wherever possible). It contains activated nuts, which are lighter, tastier and more digestible than raw nuts. Contains no oats, buckwheat or other grains, which can cause allergies or irritate the gut. Contains no linseeds, which are not easily absorbed in whole form.
