We pride ourselves in local and sustainable produce with no preservatives. Our wide range of pastas are all handmade with only natural ingredients, infused with homegrown Beetroot or Spinach or Turmeric or Tomato & Herbs and even Garlic & Herbs, elevating that already Deli-cious taste. There are no artificial colorants or preservatives in any of our products and only free range eggs are sourced. Our Swiss origin has inspired our Rösti & Knöpfli range, offering a variant to our daily meals, quick and easy to prepare the the entire family can enjoy.

Join us in a fun evening – learning about the art of pasta making from start to finish while sitting back and relaxing at our dining tables or being hands on with the pasta. Just bing an apron along. Your Host are sisters, Nadia and Regina (Executive Chef) originally from Switzerland, will welcome you with an alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverage and introduce ourselves. We will take you through the steps of pasta making – how to make a perfect dough, how to infuse certain ingredients, how to roll our sheets and then form various shapes – Farfalle, Tagliatelle, Parpadelle and Raviolo.
