We are a resource to the Kouga region for organic/natural products/services, supplied by local vendors. For a better local economy, we bring your groceries straight from the farms and producers, meaning your food stays fresh for longer, and you in turn support your local community.

We provide recyclable and reusable solutions to you in our ongoing efforts to reduce waste. Please ensure to add your packaging method. If you do not wish to purchase a reusable packaging method your order will be delivered in a standard cardboard box.
