Sally's Midlands Mixes

Based in the Midlands, surrounded by rolling hills and fresh air, Sally’s Midlands Mixes came about in our family kitchen during lockdown in 2020. A need for good healthy whole foods could not be more important for our bodies right now. We need to boost our immune systems and eat less processed foods. I have been making granola for my family for many years. Having studied sports nutrition (many moons ago), and being a keen triathlete and long distance cyclist, I understand the need for protein and fibre in our diets. It was my husband, Sean, who encouraged me to share the granola love with friends and family. The business has now bloomed, and in just a few weeks, the granola love was spread as far as Cape Town!

Our granola is gluten-free and vegan friendly. We source the best ingredients for all our products – non-GMO, no sulphur dioxide, no additives, no preservatives, and we choose organic options where possible. There are huge benefits to your gut when you add granola to your daily routine. Your body benefits from the plant-based proteins, fibre, and micro-nutrients.

Sally’s Midlands Mixes offers a trail mix version – more chunky – for you to grab a handful on the run, or to have in the car for the kids to snack on while on long distance trips.

If your kids are anything like ours, they will be “starving” after school pick up. Sally’s Midlands Mixes Kiff Bars are the perfect snack for hungry kids. They are full of protein and fibre, and other good nutrients. Eat one while out and about doing chores or snack on one at your desk. You can eat it before or after your ride or run, or any other activity that requires good carbs and energy. Our bars are gluten-free and vegan friendly too. Keep them in a cool place because they have coconut oil in them which softens when it is warm. We keep ours in the fridge.
