For those unfamiliar, microgreens are young salad greens harvested only a few days after planting. These little guys pack high concentrations of important vitamins, minerals, enzymes and plant compounds. Enjoyed in a salad, as a garnish, in sandwiches, soups and smoothies, there are endless possibilities.
Cape Greens was started with the intention of introducing a new and exciting superfood to the market! Our greens are grown with organic soil and watered with some of the cleanest spring waters in Cape Town. Choose between a selection of live trays or a punnet of our current harvested microgreens on offer.
