After going on a bread-making course I learned about all the chemicals and additives that go into our bread to make it last longer. Horrified I decided to make my own bread and here we are! Basically it was for my own health reasons that I decided to start making my famous Sourdough & Organic Sprouted Wholewheat. I only use top quality ingredients, free range eggs, homemade cheeses like Mozzarella, organic nuts & seeds as well as herbs either from my garden or Organic dried. I also make my own Nutella with top quality ingredients.
