We, Anika Hari and Tilani Kriel run this conscious bakery together and our passion for making healthy, healing food and tea, is what fuels this unique little culinary workshop and factory. We make delicious homemade healthy sweet and gutsy goods in the Garden Route. We don’t use refined sugar, any grains or any animal products. Our products are grain free, suitable for all diets and allergies. Our sweetners: Dates and Organic Coconut Sugar. Basta. We believe that food is medicine and we love growing our own edibles and medicinals. All our food is plant-based and free of refined sugar and preservatives. We source our ingredients organically from locals (where possible).
